Every consultation call is individual and precise, designed to guide you in the direction you want to go with your mobile massage career. As your consultant, my purpose is to provide you with the tools & knowledge necessary to create, build, and manage a thriving and rewarding Mobile Massage Therapy Practice – without making any of the same mistakes I made, all because I didn’t have the kind of guidance I’ll be providing to you.

To help prepare for our first business consultation, I will need to know what your primary concerns are, and have some additional information. This will assist me in mapping the best route to guide you on. Of course, we may discover you could additionally benefit from the wisdom of one of the many colleagues I have in my network.
Please fill out the application form as completely as possible. Following a review of your concerns, I will determine if we are a good fit.
*It is possible that in order to assist you, I may be required to refer out. In that case, I will email you contact information for the appropriate colleague(s) from my wide-reaching network, who will perhaps better serve your needs.
After carefully reviewing the information you provided, I will send you an email with directions on how to schedule your consultation and payment instructions. I may have additional questions for you at that time, which will assist in clarifying some of your concerns.
You will receive a confirmation email and a reminder about your scheduled appointment. Payment will be due in full at the time of scheduling. I also require a minimum of 24-hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
*Remember, should you fail to make your appointment, payment will not be refunded. If you must reschedule, please contact me at least 24 hours ahead of time, and you will be emailed the available options.
During the business consultation, you will have 60 minutes of my undivided attention. We will discuss your needs, challenges/concerns, establish goals and discuss a plan of action. This will help you best navigate your Mobile Massage Therapy practice successfully. As an added benefit, I will check in with you by email to assess if the strategies we discussed are effective, give you the reassurance you need that you are on the right path, and discuss any potential new concerns which may have arisen since our initial call.
It is important for you to make the most of our time together. Therefore, I ask in advance for you to turn off any electronic devices (TV, radio, cell phone, etc.), and be away from any distractions, so that we have one another’s undivided attention. It may be beneficial for you to keep a notepad and writing utensil handy for taking notes or jotting down any questions you may have so you don’t forget.
